21D “Pledge a Smile” Social Media Competition – Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Overview:
21D commits to transforming someone’s life by providing them with a set of full jaw implants and fixed teeth, free-of-charge. To support this cause, we are hosting the “Pledge a Smile” competition, inviting entrants to pledge a smile to someone in need. Participants must submit a video and answer specific questions to enter the competition.
2. Eligibility:
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older.
Entrants can nominate themselves or someone they love for the competition. They must prove they have the consent of the person in question, and they must provide video and photos as required.
To benefit from the prize, the entrants must have six or fewer healthy teeth. 21D reserves the right to deem if a potential recipient has six or fewer healthy teeth upon photographs received in the entry or at first consultation.
The winning entry will be selected at random (based on clinical qualification, by the senior clinical team at 21D).
3. Entry Submission:
To enter the competition, participants must send the following on WhatsApp to +447893989474.
Each entry should include the following:
- A 30-60 second video of the individual that requires the treatment, stating:
- How a new smile would change their life
- How a new smile would impact those around them
- A commitment to pledge a smile to someone else by describing an act of kindness they will perform that day.
- A photo of the failing teeth of the nominee, in each jaw with a clear view of the gumline.

4. Bonus Entries:
For a chance to be entered into the draw twice, entrants should:
- Follow the 21D page on Facebook.
- Include a link to their Facebook profile in their WhatsApp to pledge a smile.
5. Prize Details:
All medically qualifying entrants will be entered into a draw where the winner will be selected. 21D reserves the right to deem any entrant to not medically qualify for the competition based off images of their teeth and/or their medical history.
The winner will receive a new fixed smile with dental implants using the revolutionary 21d solution, subject to further qualification of having six or less healthy teeth at first assessment.
6. Competition Period:
The competition will run from Tuesday, 31 October to Tuesday, 14 November.
7. Privacy and Consent:
By entering the competition, participants agree to provide their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition.
Entrants consent to having their entries, videos and photos featured on 21D’s social media platforms and website for the following 24 months. This does not include medical history, any medical history provided by the patient will remain private.
8. Winner Announcement:
The winner will be randomly selected (on clinical criteria) and announced on 21D’s social media platforms within one week after the competition ends.
Entrants and recipients of the prize must be happy to have their before and after photos and the information from their submission used promotionally by 21D for 24 months following their surgery, this includes video interviews.

21D reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the terms and conditions. 21D may amend or cancel the competition at its discretion, and participants will be notified accordingly.
