"I never looked after my teeth when I was younger, simple as that, and I paid the price for it. In the past, I was very restricted; I can remember going to lunch with clients and having to excuse myself halfway through to visit the toilet because my teeth would fall out. I tried dentures, but they just didn't work for me. I had individual implants done, and those didn't work either. Then I decided to go for the full solution that 21D offered, believing they were the right people to go to. I was very impressed with the service.
I later decided to get the bottom side done and came here for that. I must say, Isabella was fantastic. She gave me full confidence. I felt really confident. They trusted my judgment and encouraged me to go for it, because I've got hopefully many years of life ahead of me, and I want to enjoy my life without worrying about something not being right in the background. Everything was very professionally managed, well set up, and that's what gave me confidence. I had tried other places before coming to 21D for dentures, and they promised the earth but delivered nothing. They just took your money, and nothing worked.
With Isabella, I was very confident. I had it done, and now I can eat what I want. I used to go to the supermarket and think, 'Well, I would love that, but I can't chew it.' But those days are gone now, and I can eat and drink what I like. After this, I can smile and talk to people without worrying about my teeth rattling in my mouth. Yes, I'm very happy. I would personally recommend going with someone like 21D, but do your research and make sure it's what you want. 21D gave me the confidence to go ahead and do that."
