What is 21D?
In my eyes, 21D is the place to come that is just going to change your life. It’s state-of-the-art, revolutionary, and, to me, it’s just magic being here.

What is your role here?
I work in patient logistics and coordination. Essentially, this means I help patients with bookings, surgeries, getting them on board, answering their questions—basically, I’m kind of the patient’s best friend by the end of it.

Why do you love working here?
I love working here because of all the friendly faces, like Emily! Everyone is just so nice, and we all get along. It doesn’t feel like work when you’re coming into the clinic.

What is one thing you wish patients knew about 21D?
I wish patients knew that it’s not as scary as they might think. It takes a lot of courage to contact us and come in, but once you’re here, it’s so comfortable, and you’ll be in the best hands.

What does your typical day look like?
A typical day for me involves going through consultations and speaking with patients afterwards. This is usually done in rooms like these, where I help them with their next appointments and organise surgeries. I also go through options with them and answer lots of questions.

If you could describe 21D in one word, what would it be?
Incredible.

If you could swap jobs with anyone here for a day, who would it be?
Probably the owner, just to see what it’s like for a day—that’d be quite fun!

What do you do to ensure patient comfort?
To ensure patient comfort, I make sure they have all their questions answered and understand what they’re about to do. I stay in regular contact with them over WhatsApp, answering messages, even at night. I love being there for them and addressing whatever questions they have.

What room is this?
This is one of our treatment rooms. This is where you’d come for your data capture equipment or your final long-term aesthetic fitting. This is where all the magic happens, and then you’ll leave with your life changed.

What advice would you give to someone considering full-jaw implants?
If you’re considering full-jaw implants, definitely take a look at what 21D has done for previous patients. By the end of the process, patients often become like your best friends. So, I’d say, get on the phone, give us a call, and let’s see what we can do for you.

What’s the most creative way you’ve seen someone celebrate getting their new teeth?
A lovely patient the other day bit into an apple for the first time, and we all just started laughing in the background—it was so sweet.

How do you celebrate milestones at 21D?
We celebrate with a lot of food! We’ve had Domino’s deliveries, cakes, donuts—basically, we love to eat here.

Who’s the funniest person in the office?
AJ, for sure. Some of the crazy things he comes out with! If you see AJ, he’ll have you laughing throughout your whole appointment.
